Cancellation Policy

We really value time – both yours, and ours. Running an efficient clinic allows us to provide service to more people, and gives us time to pursue research to improve our service. Back Beach Physiotherapy’s cancellation policy supports and respects the time commitment of our clients and our physiotherapists, and is intended to make our expectations clear. It sounds like this:

We prefer that you attend your appointment at the scheduled time.

If you cancel or re-book your appointment with more than 12 hours’ notice there is no charge to you. However, a few days’ notice would be great so that we can fill your spot.

If you cancel or re-book your appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice you will be charged $50 for an initial appointment and $30 for a follow-up appointment. This is around 50% of the consult fee and reflects the cost of an unfilled appointment. If we fill your spot, you will not be charged.

To cancel or change your appointment you can do so by contacting Amber directly info@backbeachphysio.com.au or on 0402758427. Or if you change or cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, you can do so by clicking links on the confirmation email sent when the appointment was first booked.
